ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email or text within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP
Store pickup is not available.
However, you can find me at various makers markets in the Manchester area and pick up a print in person. I only carry a limited number of prints on the market stall, so message me if you would like me to bring a specific design: ben@thebuildinghouse.co.uk or DM me on any social media.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48. 
Shipping is free to UK addresses on orders over £50 and will be sent 'Express' (see below). The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Express 1-3 business days £4.50
Standard 2-4 business days £3.50

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Overseas countries we currently ship to and shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Overseas orders are generally shipped using Royal Mail international tracked & signed.
Europe 3-17 business days £11.50
Outside Europe / other international 3-17 business days £19.00

** PLEASE NOTE **
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Building House is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery - if the item is unused and in its original condition - and a refund of the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return will be given.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at ben@thebuildinghouse.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
